We process and despatch orders, every working day excluding bank holidays.

Our Royal Mail collection time is typically mid-morning, so orders placed after this will be processed next working day.

What if I'm not home to accept a delivery?

Most orders are sent in a letterbox sized envelope.

However, if the post office cannot safely deliver while you are out they will reattempt delivery and subsequently leave a card to advise you if they are unable to deliver.
