Samples are expensive to produce and we still need to cover packing and postage costs.  

So rather than sending out small samples at a high cost, we have decided it's better to simply stand by a 90-day 'even if you send an empty pack' money back guarantee.

This means you have 90 days to try our products and if they are not suitable for any reason then return them for a full refund.
